Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account information: Your email address, when you sign up.
• Subscription receipts you forward: The content of emails you choose to forward to your unique Loopwarn address. We parse these to extract merchant, amount, and renewal date.
• Usage data: Standard web analytics - pages visited, broad geographic region, browser type. We don't track you across the web.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see your card details.

2. What We Don't Collect

• We don't connect to your bank account.
• We don't access your email inbox - we only see what you forward.
• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Parse forwarded receipts to identify your subscriptions
• Send you alert emails before renewals
• Operate and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your account

4. Third-Party Services

We use these services to run Loopwarn:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Cloudflare (email routing and DNS)
• Anthropic/Claude (AI parsing of your receipts, not stored for training)
• Resend (sending alert emails)
• Paddle (payment processing)

Each has their own privacy policy; we only share what's necessary to provide the Service.

5. Data Retention

We keep your subscription data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain some records (e.g. payment history).

6. Your Rights

You can access the data we hold about you, export your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, and opt out of marketing emails (service emails like renewal alerts continue as long as your account is active). Email hello@loopwarn.com for any of these.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

Loopwarn is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Users

Loopwarn is operated from the Philippines. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed there. We follow GDPR-aligned practices for EU users and standard privacy practices for US users.

10. Changes

We'll notify you by email of significant changes to this policy.
